Our Process
Scheduling a pickup is simple. Requests are automatically approved for homes within our service area that have four (4) or more full bags or boxes of clothing. Smaller pickups may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once scheduled, you’ll be assigned a pickup day based on your location. On the morning of your scheduled pickup, please place all bagged or boxed clothing outside on your porch or in an accessible area. To help protect your items, please ensure bags or boxes are kept dry and shielded from rain or moisture.
Pickups are 100% contactless. You do not need to be home — our team will arrive during normal business hours and collect the clothing as scheduled on the day appointed.
Where Does My Clothing Go?
Clothing is accepted as-is and will be reused, redistributed, donated, and recycled depending on condition, item type, and demand.
While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for individual items, we try our best to make sure your items are given the best second life possible.
